About the role
As an Investment Analyst you sit at the heart of our investment advisory practice, supporting corporations, governments and development partners to mobilise and allocate capital efficiently. You will work on guarantee and debt-impact funds that widen access to finance for MSMEs and entrepreneurs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who pairs sharp analytical skills with a genuine commitment to economic inclusion.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain financial models for investment appraisal and fund management.
- Conduct due diligence on prospective investees and partner institutions.
- Support the structuring of guarantee and debt-impact facilities.
- Prepare investment memos, dashboards and reporting for clients and partners.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field.
- 2–4 years in investment analysis, banking, or development finance.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills; clear written communication.
- A demonstrated interest in inclusive, impactful finance.
