The work
Working with a regional off-taker, we mobilised and trained smallholder maize farmers, established aggregation hubs, and put in place the grading and storage systems needed to meet premium-market standards. Shared-value contracts gave farmers a guaranteed buyer and the off-taker a reliable, traceable supply.
